Psycho-Cellular Healing is a term given to a field of therapy where neurological and psychological process are accessed and stimulated to create physical healing on a cellular level.
Many times people have been helped for supposedly incurable conditions. No-one knows how they got better, but there is plenty of research to show that the power of your mind can be stimulated to heal the body in way that were thought impossible.
Many Doctors just say it is spontanious remissions, but are these people not getting better on their own?
The Self Help Downloads on this site are based on research of effective ways of stimulating natural healing.
This type of therapy comes from the study of PsychoNeuroImmunology & PsychoNeuroEndocrinology.
PsychoNeuroImmunology & PsychoNeuroEndocrinology are the study of how the mind and body interact in a connected way. They are not seperate from each other they are joined and interact with each other.
For example;
If you get stressed your blood pressure rises, your digestive system begins to close down, your heart rate increases etc...
If you relax your blood pressure lowers, your ability to heal yourself increases, your heart rate slows down etc...
So what is going on in your mind is affecting your body...
Likewise;
If you don't sleep you can begin to get short tempered, your judgement and thinking abilities decline, etc...
If you sleep well and take regular naps and breaks where you let your mind wander you can retain more information, deal positively with more stress, think more creatively, etc...
So what is going on with your body is affecting your mind...
'I think one important part of how I do therapy is I imagine myself in the clients world. I'll move things around in their 'space', I'll treat the space we are in congruently. So I will look at things in their space, I'll interact with things, point to things etc...'
